• Integration tokens and configuration you connect (CRM, calendars)

Website

• Device and browser data, approximate location, and cookies
• Pages visited and referral sources for product analytics

3. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Vox-Lumen platform
• Process payments and prevent fraud or abuse
• Respond to support requests and send service notices
• Optionally improve models using de-identified or aggregated signals where permitted by your plan and settings

We retain account data while your workspace is active and for a limited period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal needs. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by contacting privacy@vox-lumen.ai. You may also disable non-essential cookies in your browser.

Data may be processed in regions where we or our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses where required.

7. Children

Vox-Lumen is built for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
