1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Vox-Lumen.Ai, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Vox-Lumen for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Vox-Lumen provides AI voice agents, telephony connectivity, analytics, and integrations. Features may vary by plan and region. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice when material.

3. Accounts

• Keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access
• Provide accurate registration and billing information
• You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including invites and API keys

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vox-Lumen to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Run spam, scams, harassment, or deceptive impersonation without lawful basis and disclosure where required
• Probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform beyond permitted APIs
• Process sensitive categories of data unless your plan and contracts expressly allow it and you have a lawful basis

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules or pose risk to callers, carriers, or the platform.

5. Customer content

You retain rights to prompts, knowledge bases, call recordings, and other content you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant Vox-Lumen a limited license to host and process Customer Content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having rights and consents for calls and recordings in your jurisdictions.

6. Fees & trials

• Paid plans renew according to your billing cycle until canceled
• Usage beyond plan limits may incur overages as shown in-product
• Free trials and credits are subject to fair-use limits and may change
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law

7. Intellectual property

Vox-Lumen and its logos, software, and documentation remain our property. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription. Feedback you share may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” Voice AI may make mistakes; you should design escalation paths for critical cases. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vox-Lumen’s total liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may cancel anytime from account settings. We may suspend or end access for non-payment or material breach. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability, confidentiality) remain in effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory local law says otherwise.
